Job Description

1. Identifying the training Needs.

2. Generate the training content and course.

3. Schedule and execute training Programs

4. Conduct training programs for the new Joined employees.

5. Design the material that can be used in providing the courses of training. These materials

include manuals, handouts, exercises and a lot more.

6. Assess the employee after training.


Desired Candidate Profile

1. Minimum 1 years of Experience in Training /Coaching (Prefer programming language JAVA).

2. Extensive knowledge of RDBMS.

3. Exposure of corporate Training.

4. Good at Presentation and communication (both verbal & written).
